HYPERION was my first hack and a labour of love that I dedicated to my friends in the SMW community.

It is a chocolate hack featuring custom graphics and music, extra and modified sprites and fresh palettes. There is a focus on platforming and interesting movement rather than trick-heavy setups or item abuse as to make it a more approachable hack for beginner-intermediate players.

The overworld paths are branching with the secret exits and switch palaces being necessary to complete the game path, but your movement is sped up and your progress auto saves as you move. There are also a handful of secrets and easter eggs throughout the game for exploratory players.

Originally I released it in 2020, but I made an update in 2022 to fix my newbie mistakes and polish up the game overall.
